Administration Team - Team Leader: Linda Church

Focus of the Team:  Oversee the daily property and financial business of the church.

 

Bible Study - Team Leader: Sandy Patchell

Focus of the Team: Provide in-home, small group, Bible study

 

“PALS” Book Club - Team Leader:  Marybeth Wujcik

Focus of the Team: Reading, with a spiritual emphasis, for enjoyment and enlightenment...with discussions and learning about yourself and others.

 

Community Garden - Team Leader: Carla Chapman

Focus of the Team: Providing an opportunity  to grow your own vegetables, learn about organic gardening, and provide nourishment for both the body and soul.

 

Fostering Hope - Team Leaders:  Tom and Rebecca Janecek and Marsha Soyka

Focus of the Team:  Providing encouragement, support and advocacy to fostering families and children in the foster care system.

 

Helping Hands Team - Team Leader: Marsha Soyka

Focus of the Team:  Provide needed assistance for minor home repairs and yard work, transportation for medical appointments, and errands.

 

Hospitality Team - Team Leader: Susan Frindt

Focus of the Team: Providing opportunities for fellowship and education both at the church and throughout the community through such events as monthly potlucks, receptions, special dinners, game nights, movie nights, camping trips, and field trips to museums, art openings, and sporting events.

 

Human Resources - Team Leader: Jeff Chapman

Focus of the Team: Connecting the right person with the right opportunity to serve God and our church.

 

Music Ministry - Team Leader: Mary Balin

Focus of the Team: Bringing musicians, bell ringers and singers together to provide music for each worship service.

 

Parent-Mentoring - Team Leader: Ed Treese

Focus of the Team: Helping parents through the tough times of bringing up their children.

 

Prayer Team - Team Leader: Ellen Barry

Focus of the Team: Creating a weekly opportunity for personal and communal prayer.

 

Prayer Shawl Ministry - Team Leaders: Sandy Patchell and Susan Frindt

Focus of the Team:  Knitting or crocheting shawls to be given to those  who may be hospitalized, experiencing a death in the family, going through a difficult time, or celebrating a birth of a child.

 

Sound Ministry - Team Leader: Ed Treese

Focus of the Team: Recording and distributing CD’s of  the weekly Sunday worship service.

 

Sunday School/Education - Team Leader: Margie Davis

Focus of the Team:  Providing informative, creative learning experiences for our youth.

 

Training - Team Leader:  Pastor Dave

Focus of the Team: Envision, train and motivate individuals for their field of ministry service.

 

Vacation Bible School - Team Leader:  Rebecca Wujcik-Rawson

Focus of the Team: Organize and present a summer learning experience for children ages pre-school through 5th grade.

 

Vision Team - Team Leader: Jeff Chapman

Visitation Team - Team Leader: Margie Davis

Focus of the Team:  Provide contact, meals, errands for those who may be recuperating from surgery or illness, or are unable to leave their home.

 

Westside CARES  - Team Leader: Muriel Dunkley

Focus of the Team: Work as a liaison between our church and Westside CARES to provide needed food, schools supplies, and/or personal items to our neighbors in need.
